Ageless

Many people want to stay young, stay young if you want to avoid stress, avoid dangerous foods, cholesterol, high purine and alcohol. Use the principle of balance, meaning that you should not eat meat but should not go overboard and get used to eating vegetables and fruits.

To avoid heart attacks and strokes, remove coffee and tea drinking habits, drinking boiled with ginger dressing.

Make a habit of exercising even just a walk away. If you rarely smile, now multiply smile. Act virtues with sincerity, because of the good that you will instill reassurance. Any busy try to stay in touch with relatives and friends, at least you can telephone or SMS.

Regular eating an apple in the morning, will make you look younger, get used to also drink honey and black cumin.
