Efficacy of Corn


Corn can prevent constipation, good for weight loss, building muscle and bone, is useful for healthy brain and nervous system.

How to use:
1-2 peeled and steamed corn cobs with as much as 400 ml of water until the remaining 200 ml, after chilling the seeds are separated from the cob, then blended with water 50 cc. This juice drink with lime juice 3 times a week each 1 cup after eat.
