Efficacy of Bananas


Bananas have benefits for the human body, can include water balance in the body, lowering blood pressure, heart health, helps transport oxygen to the brain. The immature bananas have a high content of hemicellulose, helping Mother disposal in the blood. Bananas are also quite good for ulcers disease.

How to use:
100 grams of fresh ripe bananas washed, seeded, and then blended. When blended, add water little by little to 50 cc, this juice drink in the morning or during the day, one a day.
