Lose Weight and Herbal Medicine


Obesity, a problem often faced by all people, especially for teenagers. This problem often makes us insecure. Actually a lot of ways to lose weight, such as exercise and move, do not often eat the fat, eating regularly, often eat fruits and vegetables, regular drinking water every day.

The traditional herb that can reduce weight, namely:
Take 3 tablespoons of tea, 1 orange juice, 1 cup cooking water. Continue mixing lime juice with a glass of tea, stirring until smooth. Drink this mixture every morning and afternoon (half a cup each).
